We are humans and by nature we all are risk averse despite the naked reality that life starts with a risk and stays at risk till end. In our careers, we do make a lot of mistakes, but the common and most dangerous one is to develop a comfort zone. Once you get used to a normal routine then anything beyond that started to look difficult and towards the end impossible.
